Cirrus is an experience company. We built the most beautiful cannabis lounge in the world, proved it in Denver, and we're now building toward what comes next.

We're opening a private round to a small group of partners — people who invest in experiences and brands, and who see what this is becoming. We're selective on purpose.

The proof is already here. Since opening on 4/20/2025, Cirrus has welcomed tens of thousands of guests, been named Best of Denver Cannabis Lounge, and been featured in 5280, the Denver Post, and Thrillist — and it's grown every quarter since. This is the foundation. The next chapter is bigger.
